Workshop Terms and Conditions

• Booking and Payment

A place on the workshop is only confirmed once full payment has been received. 

• Age requirement

• Respectful Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees and the venue. The facilitator reserves the right to refuse participation where behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. 

• Changes to the Workshop

The organiser reserves the right to make responsible changes to the workshop format, venue or schedule if necessary.

• Cancellation

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• Photography

Photographs may only be taken with participant consent. Participants may request not to be photographed. 

• Liability

Participants attend the workshop voluntarily and are responsible for their own wellbeing and personal belongings. The facilitator will take reasonable steps to provide a safe, respectful and supportive environment, but accepts to liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property, or for injury arising from circumstances beyond the facilitator’s reasonable control.
